For at arrangementene våre skal gjennomføres slik at alle føler seg trygge og får gode opplevelser, ber vi deg om å være oppmerksom på og følge disse viktige reglene og bestemmelsene: Welcome! SOM GJEST ER DU FORPLIKTET TIL Å AKSEPTERE OG FØLGE NORSK LOV, ARENAREGLEMENTET, FIFA-REGLEMENTET, UEFA OG NORGES FOTBALLFORBUND OG TOPPFOTBALL KVINNER SINE SIKKERHETS- OG ARRANGEMENTSBESTEMMELSER SAMT RETTE DEG ETTER DE PÅLEGGENE OG ANVISNINGENE SOM RØA IL / RØA FOTBALL ELITE, SOM ARRANGØR, GIR.
As our guest on our Ground, you will only be granted access if you comply and act in accordance with Norwegian Law, these ground regulations and the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, Norwegian Football Association and Toppfotball Kvinner.
DU MÅ HA GYLDIG ADGANGSTEGN/BILLETT OG DENNE MÅ FREMVISES PÅ FORLANGENDE. BILLETTEN TILKJENNEGIR HVILKEN PLASS DU ER BERETTIGET TIL, OG DEN GIR DEG INGEN ANLEDNING TIL Å BENYTTE ANDRE PLASSER ELLER OPPHOLDE DEG PÅ ANDRE TRIBUNER/SEKSJONER.
For everybody’s safety, each spectator may only occupy the seat allocated to him/her in accordance with the ticket obtained. No change of seats is permitted, and individuals occupying a wrong seat will replaced to his/her seat or – if necessary – evicted.

It is strictly forbidden to stand on your feet (stand upright) in the seating area when a match is taking place on the field.

Supporter equipment (banners, signs etc ) can only be put in locations given by the Organizer. No supporter effects can be placed neighter where they might hamper security nor where they cover publicity from sponsors having agreements with the Organizer.
DET ER IKKE TILLATT Å OPPHOLDE SEG I RØMNINGSVEIER, TRAPPER, INNGANGSOMRÅDER ELLER FORSERE/KLATRE PÅ/OVER GJERDER ELLER SPERRINGER
Obstruction of emergency exits, gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways is strictly forbidden as well as entering the Ground and climb any structures within the Ground.
ALLE SOM SKAL HA ADGANG TIL OMRÅDET MÅ AKSEPTERE AT ARRANGØREN GJENNOMFØRER PERSONLIG VISITASJON. I MOTSATT FALL VIL MAN IKKE FÅ ADGANG TIL ARENAEN
The Organizer is entitled to search the spectators and his/hers belongings for objects that are not allowed on the Ground, before he/she enter the area. Any person refusing to be searched or bringing unauthorized objects on the Ground will be denied entry/ejected from the Ground.
ALLE FORMER FOR PRODUKSJON AV LEVENDE BILDER OG LYD (VIDEO, FILMING, STREAMING eller LYDOPPTAK) AV KAMPER, TRENINGER ELLER ENKELTINDIVIDER SOM IKKE HAR GITT SIN SPESIFIKKE GODKJENNING AV Å BLI TATT BILDE AV (HVIS FOTOOBJEKTET ER UNDER 15 ÅR, SKAL GODKJENNING OGSÅ GIS AV FORESATT) ER FORBUDT
Any audio, visual or audio-visual production of activities on the Ground as well as audio/visual takes of any individual that has not given his/her specific acceptance (for children under 15 years old, also parents must give such acceptance), is strictly forbidden.
TRUSLER ELLER VOLDSOM, UKONTROLLERT ELLER AGGRESSIV OPPTREDEN SAMT BRUK AV NEDSETTENDE SPRÅK ER FORBUDT OG KAN MEDFØRE BORTVISNING FRA ARENAEN
Any threatening behavior, foul or abusive language is forbidden and will subject to rejection from the Ground.
FØLGENDE OBJEKTER/GJENSTANDER ER DET FORBUDT Å TA MED INN PÅ STADION:
The following articles are not allowed to be brought within the Ground:
- KNIVER, VÅPEN, STIKKGJENSTANDER, EKSPLOSIVER ELLER EFFEKTER SOM KAN BENYTTES SOM DETTE ELLER SOM ARRANGØREN MENER KAN VÆRE EN SIKKERHETSRISIKO
- Knives, weapons, or any article that might be uses as a weopon and/or that the Organizer considers a potential risk of compromising public or individual safety.
- FYRVERKERI eller PYROTEKNIKK, JFR NFFs REGLEMENT
- Fireworks and pyro techniques
- RØYKBOKSER
- Smoke canisters
- FLASKER AV GLASS ELLER PLAST
- Bottles made of glas or plastic.
- ØL ELLER BRUSBOKSER (eller tilsvarende)
- Soda/Beer cans or similar cans.
- RUSMIDLER (ALKOHOL ELLER ANDRE)
- Alcohol and/or any kind of drugs
- BILDE- OG LYDOPPTAKSUTSTYR FOR FILMING AV KAMPER/TRENINGER
- Any audio, visual or audio-visual material and equipment for recording or transmission of matches and training sessions.
- DYR (MED UNNTAK AV FØRERHUND FOR BLINDE)
- Animals (accompany dogs for blind persons are welcome)
- BANNERE, FLAGG ELLER LIKNENDE MED KOMMERSIELLE, RELIGIØSE, PORNOGRAFISKE, POLITISKE ELLER RASISTISKE BUDSKAP
- Banners, flags (or similar) with commercial, religious, pornographic, political or racist messages
- LASERPENNER ELLER TILSVARENDE
- Laser divices
- DRONER
- Drones
DET ER FORBUDT Å:
It is forbidden to:
- TA SEG INN PÅ SPILLERBANEN
- Enter the pitch, pitch area or any other area reserved for the playing teams and their management teams.
- KASTE GJENSTANDER PÅ ANDRE
- Throw items on another person, on to the pitch or within the Ground
- UTØVE RASISTISKE ELLER UETISK OPPFØRSEL
- Conduct racist behavior or racial abuse as well as unethical behavior.
- RØYKE PÅ OMRÅDET
- Smoke within the parameters of Røa Idrettsplass
ARRANGØREN HAR IKKE ANSVAR OVENFOR PUBLIKUM I FORBINDELSE MED ULYKKER, SKADER ELLER TAP SOM OPPSTÅR UNDER AVVIKLING AV ARRANGEMENT
The organizer is not responsible for any accident/injury, loss or damages to individuals and/or property on or in the surroundings of the Ground.
ARRANGØREN HAR IKKE ANSVAR FOR EVENTUELLE FORSINKELSER ELLER ENDRINGER AV TIDSPUNKTET FOR ARRANGEMENTET OG ER UTEN ANSVAR DERSOM DETTE MEDFØRER KONSEKVENSER FOR TREDJEPART.
The organizer gives no guarantees that an event will take place on a certain date or time, and the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event without further notice and without any kind of liability whatsoever.
BILLETTKOSTNADER REFUNDERES IKKE HVIS ARRANGEMENTET BLIR AVBRUTT ELLER KANSELLERT
There will be no refund of any kind of costs (e.g ticket costs, travel costs) if the event is cancelled or terminated
PERSONER SOM ER BERUSET, VIL BLI BORTVIST
Persons influenced by alcohol, or any other kind of drugs will be rejected from the Ground area.
DET ER IKKE TILLATT Å SELGE ELLER Å GI UT EFFEKTER/VARER/FLYVEBLAD ELLER ANDRE VARER OG PRODUKTER UTEN – PÅ FORHÅND – Å FÅ ARRANGØREN SITT SAMTYKKE.
No Goods (included written material) of any nature may be distributed or offered neither for free nor for sale without the organizers written consent up front.
IDRETTSPLASSEN – INKLUSIVE STADIONOMRÅDET – ER VIDEOOVERVÅKET
The Ground and its surroundings – including inside the Club House – are under video surveillance.
MOBILTELEFON KAN KUN BENYTTES TIL PERSONLIG/PRIVAT BRUK
The use of mobile telephones within the parameters of Røa IL is limited to personal and private use.
DET ER IKKE TILLATT Å VIDERESELGE BILLETTER PÅ STADIONOMRÅDET ELLER PÅ RØA IDRETTSPLASS
Tickets may not be re-sold within the parameters of Røa Idrettsplass.
PERSONER SOM HAR TATT SEG INN PÅ TRIBUNER ELLER SEKSJONER PÅ TRIBUNEN SOM ER AVSATT TIL SUPPORTERGRUPPER ELLER GJESTERGRUPPERINGER SOM MAN IKKE ER MEDLEM AV, VIL – AV HENSYN TIL SIKKERHETEN – BLI FLYTTET TIL ANDRE OMRÅDER ELLER VIST BORT FRA ARENAEN.
An individual who has entered a part of the Ground designated and/or reserved for a group that this individual doesn’t belong to, he/she will be moved to the correct area or ejected from the Ground due to security reasons.
ALLE BESØKENDE MÅ – TIL ENHVER TID – FØLGE DE ANVISNINGENE OG BESKJEDENE SOM ARRANGØREN, VAKTER, POLITIET ELLER ANDRE NØDETATER, GIR
All visitors must – at all times – fully comply with any instructions from the organizer, steward, police or other emergency personnel.
ARRANGØREN FORBEHOLDER SEG RETTEN TIL Å BORTVISE/NEKTE ADGANG TIL STADIONOMRÅDET OG NÆRLIGGENDE OMRÅDER DISPONERT AV RØA IL VED OPPTREDEN SOM BRYTER MED BESTEMMELSENE OVER.
The Organizer reserves the right to evict any individual and/or group(s) that violates the obove mention rules and regulations.
TILLEGGS-SANKSJONER MÅ PÅREGNES
The organizer reserved the right to expel and/or eject from the Ground any person failing to comply with any for the Ground Regulations. Additional sanctions may apply.
